Keeping the arts alive and well in Nebraska depends on the support of public funding at the national, state, and local levels. By joining Nebraskans for the Arts, you will help us to advocate for this funding and work to make sure that cultural experiences continue to flourish in our state.

Your Membership Supports:

Advocacy efforts, including timely action alerts and email updates, advocacy tips, toolkits and workshops.

Opportunities to contact and meet with your legislators, such as at our Legislative Lunch in Lincoln and Arts Advocacy Day in Washington D.C.

Meetings throughout the state with our regional board captains.

Access to reports and studies such as Americans for the Arts' Congressional Arts Handbook, Creative Industries Reports, and the Congressional Arts Report Card.

Recognition Opportunities for students and schools, including the School Board for the Arts Award, the Creative Ticket Schools of Excellence Awards, and the Kennedy Center/National Symphony Orchestra's Summer Music Institute.

Most importantly, your support demonstrates to legislators that the arts and arts education are important to Nebraskans and should be a funding priority!
